Handcrafted Lunar New Year Cakes

Self-collection and delivery are available from 1 February – 3 March 2023

Delight in specially crafted Lunar New Year cakes, including the Homemade Water Chestnut Cake with Fragrant Lime, the Steamed Japanese Kabocha Squash “Nian Gao” and the Radish Cake with Sakura Shrimp, Japanese Dried Scallop & Preserved Meat, each symbolising prosperity, growth and good fortune.

Presented in individual boxes adorned with the same elegant floral motif as the Yu Sheng packaging, the cakes may be stacked and secured with a matching strap when ordered as a set of three, making them ideal for gifting and sharing.

Orders require a minimum 2 days’ advance notice; takeaway prices exclude delivery charges.

Usher in the Lunar New Year at 藝 yì by Jereme Leung

Celebrate Lunar New Year at 藝 yì by Jereme Leung, where provincial Chinese cuisine is reimagined as a refined expression of reunion, abundance, and auspicious beginnings. From 1 February to 3 March 2026, discover elegantly curated festive menus crafted to welcome a prosperous Year of the Horse.

Indulge in luxurious seasonal highlights such as Double-boiled Spiky Sea Cucumber Soup with Wild Termite Fungus, Sea Whelk & Hokkaido Conpoy, alongside exquisitely prepared seafood including Steamed Spotted Garoupa with Bamboo Shoot and Matsutake Mushroom.

For daytime gatherings, a Lunar New Year Weekend Dim Sum Set Menu is available for lunch on 21, 22, 28 February and 1 March 2026. Guests may also personalise their celebration with a specially curated Lunar New Year à la carte menu from 17 February to 3 March 2026, featuring auspicious yu sheng, nostalgic banquet favourites, and symbolic festive desserts—each dish thoughtfully crafted to honour heritage and celebrate new beginnings.

Artisanal Yu Sheng selections

Welcome the Lunar New Year with an auspicious Yu Sheng experience from 藝 yì by Jereme Leung in our elevated packaging. Honouring the same ease as previous years, the 2026 Yu Sheng is presented in a new elegant vegan leather box adorned with floral cutouts.

The Yu Sheng is available in platters in four variations , which all features prime ingredients such as Hokkaido scallops, abalone, arctic shellfish, and crispy burdock for the vegetarian variation.

While small sizes are only available for dine-in orders at 藝 yì by Jereme Leung, takeaway orders can be placed on rafflescelebrations.com.sg from now until 1 March 2026.
