Savour Lunar New Year Specialties

Connect with loved ones and business associates over a heart-warming feast of authentic flavours and delectable delicacies with 藝 yì by Jereme Leung’s Lunar New Year menu, available as a la carte selections and presented in four different set menus for guests to choose from.

Choose from a quartet of set menus: Prosperous, Abundance, Opulence, and a specially curated Vegetarian Set Menu. Each feast includes a signature Yu Sheng served with Chef Jereme Leung’s signature Yunnan rose dressing. Savour a series of Lunar New Year creations featuring elevated provincial Chinese delicacies, before concluding the meal with a delicious “Nian Gao” dessert.

Toss to abundance, good fortune, and a prosperous Lunar New Year with an array of Yu Sheng selections from 藝 yì by Jereme Leung, a perennial favourite dish for the season. Available for dine-in and takeaway, each Yu Sheng consists of an auspicious selection of premium ingredients brought together by an alluring Yunnan rose dressing crafted by Master Chef Jereme Leung.

The Yu Sheng is available in platters in four variations and two sizes, which all features prime ingredients such as Japanese sweet shrimps, abalone, Spanish Ibérico ham, and crispy cordyceps flowers for the vegetarian variation.

While small sizes are only available for dine-in orders at 藝 yì by Jereme Leung, takeaway orders can be placed on rafflescelebrations.com.sg from 27 December 2022 onwards.
