From 4 March to 31 May 2024, look forward to an exceptional menu featuring the finest ingredients the season has to offer, such as herbaceous wild vegetables, and mildly sweet, earthy flavours of spring bamboo shoots, broad beans, lichens, green peas and spring onions.

Decadent Handcrafted Rice Dumplings

Celebrate Dragon Boat Festival with Raffles Hotel Singapore through a new exciting selection of skilfully handcrafted sweet and savoury rice dumplings by 藝 yì by Jereme Leung. Discover tantalising and freshly crafted rice dumpling interpretations expertly curated by MasterChef Jereme Leung. Conceptualised with an artful blend of traditional and unique ingredients, these rice dumpling creations promise to captivate the senses this season.

From 27 May to 10 June 2024, the rice dumplings will be available for delivery and self-collection.
